Sheamus is smiling a lot these days. Apparently, he’s now a good guy and currently feuding with the World’s Strongest Man, Mark Henry. He’s getting a renewed push and by becoming a face, it’s gonna be a fresh new start for the Irish warrior. Honestly, I’m perfectly fine with the turn especially now that he has earned the respect of the fans. It’s easy for us to cheer for him now and get behind his act. What I don’t like is, yes, the smiling part. WWE is going the John Cena route again, you know, the face character acting like a true superhero, being a role model for the kids, the unnecessary smiling etc. Sheamus doesn’t need those qualities. He just needs to beat the hell out of the villains in the roster straight up, no-nonsense style just like what he did to the faces when he was a heel. He needs to be that badass anti-hero, just like what CM Punk is doing right now. C’mon WWE, it’s our turn now. The kids had theirs already.
